Michael Dubis, every year since the inception of the Wisconsin Super Lawyers, has been selected as a Super Lawyer in the area of Debtor/Creditor/Bankruptcy law. This selection is given to only approximately 5% of Wisconsin practicing attorneys and is made only after a nomination and selection process of his peers. To the best of his knowledge, he is the only Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth County bankruptcy attorney that can make that claim.
He has become a Fellow in the Trial Lawyers Honorary Society of the Litigation Counsel of America. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to approximately ½ of 1% of all North American lawyers, judges and scholars.
Of note, in the last several years, he has branched his practice offering mediation services in matters pending in both State and Federal Courts.
