Michael F. Dubis is a sole practitioner with offices in the NW corner of Racine County. He is centrally located between the county seats of Walworth, Racine, Kenosha, Waukesha and Milwaukee County, and within driving range of both the Federal Courthouse in Milwaukee and Madison.
His practice has
developed over the last 35 years and is concentrated in the fields
of bankruptcy, creditor and debtor representation, in Chapters 7,13,11
and 12. He is a panel member of the Chapter 7 Trustees for the Eastern
District of Wisconsin and has been such for 34 years. He also has a strong presence representing creditors, banking institutions and defense of targets in preference complaints both in Federal Bankruptcy Courts and State Courts.”
Rounding out his practice consists of real estate, probate, personal injury and collections.
Of note, In 1998, after four years of work, he published his first novel, The Hangman, which is a historical fiction book dealing with the Holocaust from the perspective of an SS Strurmbannfuhrer. Between
Mr. Dubis and his two office personnel, there exists over 50 years
of legal experience to the public. His fees are reasonable and his
office is open approximately 60 hours per week, with Sunday the
only day it is closed. Evening hours are also available.
He has been recognized as an expert in Bankruptcy matters. Besides representing his own clients, creditors and serving as a Chapter 7 Trustee, his experience and knowledge is sought by other bankruptcy professionals, including over ¾ of the current Chapter 7 panel in the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
His

the Town of Waterford and other municipalities in SE Wisconsin for
