Dubis is located in Waterford, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee, Waukesha, Madison, Kenosha, Racine and Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Specializing in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, creditor/debtor representation, large claim collections, State Court Receiverships, municipal law, real estate and probate, he has served the Southeastern Wisconsin community for over thirty-five years. He currently represents three municipal clients and has been a Chapter 7 Trustee Panel Member since 1973. He has and currently does represent approximately ¾ of the present Eastern District of Wisconsin Chapter 7 Trustees in litigation matters in Bankruptcy Court. He also represents on an active basis a National Title Insurance Company and has represented creditor committees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 11 debtors as well. Mr. Dubis has also lectured to the State Bar and to the Panel Trustees of the Eastern District of Wisconsin. We are glad you have chosen to visit our Web site.
